These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and RKO66 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at rko66.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the RKO66 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the RKO66 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the RKO66 website accessible at rko66.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, tools, and features available thereon.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal, non-transferable member account created upon successful registration.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual account balance held within the Platform, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Member's identity prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by RKO66 policy.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action or omission described in Section 9 of this Agreement that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on the RKO66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. RKO66 does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether self-imposed through the Platform's responsible gambling tools or imposed by an applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Malaysia or your country of residence.
• You must not currently hold, and must not have previously held, an account that was terminated for Prohibited Conduct.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. RKO66 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of unauthorised access.

RKO66 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion without the obligation to provide a reason, provided that any genuine funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.

All account balances and transactions on the RKO66 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability:

• DuitNow and FPX instant bank transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• Online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / BTC, and USDT)

A minimum deposit of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may be set by RKO66 at its discretion or may be imposed by individual payment providers. RKO66 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your RKO66 account must originate from a source owned by and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. RKO66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the KYC verification process. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport) and proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal method.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, an alternative method will be agreed upon between RKO66 and the Member. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit on the account will not be processed without additional verification.

Processing timeframes are indicative and subject to change:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes from approval
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM MYT
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times

A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable; only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal. RKO66 reserves the right to impose withdrawal processing limits on any account pending investigation.

RKO66 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have made a qualifying deposit meeting the stated minimum deposit threshold.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not withdrawable until the stated Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• RKO66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play, will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the RKO66 platform operate on certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, in real time under controlled studio conditions. RKO66 does not manipulate game outcomes, and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term statistical average of each game.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game round or wager, the following applies:

• If a technical error prevents a game round from being completed, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Member's wallet.
• If game results have been determined and recorded by our servers prior to the technical failure, those results stand regardless of whether they were displayed to the Member.
• RKO66 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Member's end.

For sports betting, the rules applicable to each market (including settlement rules for postponed, abandoned, or voided events) are published within the sports betting section of the platform. For live in-play markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sporting events, bets accepted after a material event has occurred that RKO66 was not yet aware of may be voided at RKO66's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RKO66 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate credits or winnings that would not otherwise be achieved
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology
• Abusing promotional offers or engaging in wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine play intent
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing RKO66 staff or other Members through any communication channel
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf

RKO66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account with immediate effect if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached this Agreement, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or if continued operation of the account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to RKO66.

In cases of suspension for investigation, RKO66 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. Members will be notified of the outcome unless disclosure is restricted by legal obligations. Where an account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, any balance attributable to that conduct may be forfeited.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any genuine account balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility criteria) will be returned to the Member via the last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RKO66 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

RKO66's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposited funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RKO66 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

RKO66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

RKO66 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Member data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and restricted internal access controls. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

RKO66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment only and is not a means of generating income. We strongly encourage all Members to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time reminders and session duration limits
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)
• Reality check notifications

RKO66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

The version of these Terms and Conditions displaying the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals as determined by applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RKO66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
